The kaleidoscope contains small pieces of my old photos.This record of my works is transformed into a colorful painting within this enclosed space.The images blend together like a living creature inside the infinite world of the kaleidoscope.The result is the beautiful creation of a drama.
When I see something in common among the various themes and concepts behind works that use a variety of materials,I am reminded of a kaleidoscope.I think this approach ‐ developing from my life‐ long attachment to the arts ‐ is to create individual items from a dream state.
